It’s a Tipperary Twofer! Just in case any of you are celebrating a little late this evening.

A bonus recipe (not that you paid for the first one, of course) on St. Patrick’s Day 2022. This one isn’t completely green, but my color consultant tells me it’s amber … much closer to the color of the Irish whiskey in it than is the Parlez-vous Irish Cocktail posted earlier. Plus, it includes a dose of the very Green Chartreuse.

Slàinte! 

TIPPERARY No. 1
1½ oz Kilbeggan Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey
¼ oz Green Chartreuse
1 oz Sweet vermouth

Stir the ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled coupe or Martini glass. Garnish with an orange zest twist and Luxardo Maraschino cherry.
